Всё к той же теме. Многие (конечно если вообще кто-нибудь прочтёт этот бред) подумают что я жалуюсь на жизнь и ничего не делаю, чтобы изменить отношение к своей профессии. Может оно и так, но данный сайт для того и создавался, чтобы хоть что-нибудь изменить. Хочется, чтобы люди высказывались, обсуждали, спорили по этому и другим вопросам...
Наше правительство вовсю кричит, призывает абитуриентов идти учиться в технические ВУЗы, становиться высококлассными специалистами, так как существует огромный дефицит кадров в данной сфере деятельности. Утверждают, что хватит уже стране учить никому ненужных юристов, экономистов, бухгалтеров и им подобных. Да это просто замечательно, что они начали это понимать. Но вся проблема как раз и заключается в том, что нынешние выпускники школ не хотят поступать и получать профессию технического специалиста. Почему? Да вы посмотрите для сравнения заработную плату рядового менеджера и инженера, разница как мне кажется ощутима, но где легче и меньше(с точки зрения длительности обучения) учится, туда и тянутся, а ещё и с материальной точки зрения лучше. Ещё, по-моему, немаловажную роль в выборе профессии играет престиж, а здесь и говорить не о чем, так уж повелось в народе, что в инженерах "неудачники". Но как же привлечь молодых людей в данную профессию.
Ответ на этот вопрос, как мне кажется, до безобразия прост - повысить престиж профессии. А сделать это несложно - платить достойную зарплату за достойный труд, то есть исходить из того, назначая оплату за труд специалиста, сколько труда, сил, времени было потрачено на получение образования. Тут по-моему вся арифметика очевидна. А сейчас в отсутствии национальной идеи в нашем государстве главная идея, стимул - деньги и достойная жизнь.
Я ведь это не просто голословно об этом утверждаю. Все эти выводы и заключения я делаю, исходя из своих наблюдений. Из 10 выпускников технических учебных заведений по профессии идёт работать меньше половины. А ведь если бы заработная плата была достойной, то и всем выгодней было; государство экономило бы на обучении тех людей, которые изначально не хотят идти по профессии, да и нехватка специалистов быстро бы сократилась.
